The Jackson Report - Local Government View?

Lord Justice Jackson published his Civil Litigation Costs Review in the middle of last month. It contains many recommendations that potentially affect practitioners in Local Government.
SLG wishes to establish it’s Members views so that it may enter into the forthcoming debate in an informed way. The Litigation SIGs around the Branches are being asked to consider the Report and it’s impact on Local Government Practice and a discussion thread has been opened on the Forum.
Members are encouraged to enter the debate there or via the SIGs or any NEC Member.
